 Our return policy is meant to provide a way to make you a happy customer if we happen to miss something about the piece or, if in error, our description does not match the piece you purchased.    We discourage 'shopping on approval'.  We are happy to answer any questions you have about color, shape, detail, condition or damage if it is not clear to you.  But, please ask questions before bidding or ordering a piece and read descriptions of items carefully.  We are almost always online...to help.

RETURN same item via USPS or UPS in exactly the same condition (we file original photos of our items for future comparison***) in same packaging WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt for a refund or exchange minus shipping charges if you are not satisfied with the item.   Mail insured secure package (if it has a value of $25 or over or is glass, it was insured via our umbrella policy and will not say insured on the package) back to: Stephen E Blenus, stevescollectibles.com, 56 Tucker Avenue, Oakville, CT 06779. Once in a while an item does get DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING, KEEP all packing and broken items AND email us for further instructions for your insurance collection. FYI, we generally DO NOT ALWAYS insure through the USPS. We have an umbrella shipping insurance through a commercial carrier that we also use, so the package may not say INSURED on it.

When buying SCREENSAVERS, you are purchasing a service which is non-refundable. We know you'll enjoy the product. Feel free to e-mail if you have any problems and we will attempt to work them out with you. We're glad to help you through it. (Go to screensaver list and order webpage)

We sometimes offer special REPRODUCTION Magazine Pages from time to time.  There are NO RETURNS on these REPROS so please review the photos and description carefully.

We welcome INTERNATIONAL SALES (outside US) but, unfortunately purchases are mailed at BUYER's SOLE RISK as USPS will not guarantee or allow us to insure packages leaving the country unless special rates are paid by the buyer.  We carefully pack the item to survive the long journey but we CANNOT  GUARANTEE its safe arrival.  This is not usually a problem as we have sent hundreds of parcels without problems. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause some of you.  You also have the option of paying for USPS Registered Services and insurance fees.

***You should know, as we have learned, that there is a SCAM increasing in frequency in e-commerce and eBay transactions where a buyer pays and receives the item expected and the the BUYER attempts to send an inferior, similar, sometimes damaged item back to the seller expecting a refund.  We know that the majority of our beloved customers are honest but if this occurs, stevescollectibles.com will not only not refund the purchase price, but, will without exception, turn the matter over to the USPS MAIL FRAUD UNIT for prosecution!!  All sellers should protect themselves in this manner in our opinion.
